Riverbend Basics
• This is a gated, private community; amenities and common areas are for owners and registered guests.
• Respect posted guidelines for roads, gates, beach/common areas, and quiet hours.
• Always carry your parking pass or access info when using community areas.
• You’ll receive a concise version of Riverbend’s gate/road/beach guidelines in your arrival email, plus a link to the complete rules.
At the Cabin
• Check-in/Out: Times as listed on your booking; message us if you need flexibility.
• No Smoking/Vaping: Inside or on screened/covered areas.
• Pets: Only if pre-approved and listed on your reservation. A pet fee applys.
• Occupancy: Respect the max guest count on your booking.
• Fire Pit & Grill: Use only when local conditions are safe; never leave fires unattended; fully extinguish after use.
• Trash & Food Storage: Seal and store responsibly—mountain wildlife can smell a picnic from far away.
Safety
• Follow posted community safety notes and any seasonal advisories we share (storms, wind, or fire risk).
• Drive slowly on community roads and be mindful of pedestrians and wildlife.
